Goa is not only place of visiting beautiful beaches, temples and churches but there is also another section of lush green forest, mountains, beautiful treks and water falls. Our travel and tour operators have never included such places in their travel itinerary as this treks opens only after the end of tourism season in Goa.
There are several trekking groups in Goa who
frequently operate only during monsoon period of 3 to 4 months and explore
forest covered areas, waterfalls and treks.
Udaan Dongar is one of such
places in Goa which attract the trekkers and adventures people from June to
September every year.
Location
Udaan Donger is in Caranzol village in Valpoi which is located in Satari tehsil of north goa district of Goa, India. It is located 18 kms from sub – district head quarter valpoi and 72 kms from district head quarter Panaji. Once you reach caranzol village there is a long hill trek of 16 kms which takes approx 2 hours to reach on top of the hill.

would be the best would be the best option, you can also hire private bus for
the larger group. From Panaji its approx
2.5 hours journey.
